Writing Competition USS
We are pleased to announce and congratulate our senior student, Emilia Gomez from IV° Medio A who got second place in the first version of the contest, “Writing competition USS” organized by Universidad San Sebastian. The main objective of the competition was to create a space in which students can express themselves and communicate a fluent message through written English.
During this competition, 3 students from our school participated in the contest by writing an original short story (Between 150 and 200 words) written in English inspired by fictional and supernatural topics such as magic, miracle, ghost, and others.
We also congratulate Camila Pino (IA), and Monet Ondiz (IVC) for their excellent participation and motivation in the competition.
Finally, It is important to highlight, the achievement of Emilia because she got second place among 50 stories created by students from all over the country.
CONCURSO DE ESCRITURA USS
Nos complace anunciar y felicitar a nuestra alumna de último año, Emilia Gómez del IV° Medio A, quien obtuvo el segundo lugar en la primera versión del concurso “Concurso de escritura USS” organizado por la Universidad San Sebastián. El objetivo principal de la competencia fue crear un espacio en el que los estudiantes puedan expresarse y comunicar un mensaje fluido a través del inglés escrito.
Durante esta competencia, 3 estudiantes de nuestra escuela participaron en el concurso escribiendo una historia corta original (entre 150 y 200 palabras) escrita en inglés inspirada en temas ficticios y sobrenaturales como magia, milagro, fantasma y otros.
También felicitamos a Camila Pino (IA) y Monet Ondiz (IVC) por su excelente participación y motivación en el concurso.
Finalmente, es importante destacar, el logro de Emilia pues obtuvo el segundo lugar entre 50 historias creadas por estudiantes de todo el país.
